Need improvement maintenance and cleaness othorwise Room is good Average experience thr is elevator sarvice also but don't like they are keeping linen on the floor and water flask where very dirty. Wich is not acceptable just need improvement on thets and mantinance as well

I stayed in this hotel in late April and early May. From the outside the hotel looks like most others in the area. The hotel reception staff were welcoming and efficient and always helpful. Before I booked in, they showed me a room to see if it was suitable. It was not 4 star but was large and comfortable. The room was nicely air conditioned and clean. The bathroom was a little dated but clean, as were the sheet and pillows. There was also a very good WiFi connection. So I checked in. I was looked after on my floor by KD (at least that is how his name sounded). he was amazingly efficient and was always ready to help. Unlike many hotel staff, he did not have his hand out for a tip. The reception staff were quick to help me with any queries and at one stage I hired a car for a day. This was very good value and the driver and car outstanding. Every time I left the hotel or returned, there was ALWAYS a greeting and acknowledgement. Although I did not use the room service, there is a kitchen for this service. I was only going to stay a short time, but ended up staying 3 weeks. The room value was good. I would definitely stay here again when back in Delhi. This hotel also has a great tour desk, a clothing shop for the tourist and a salon attached. Overall, this was a very good experience. Well done to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable.

It was a good and pleasant stay in this hotel. I was impressed with the interiors and furnishings. Beds,bathrooms,floors are neatly maintained. Food was nice and tasty all the time. Staff people are polite and kind.

Beware of this Hotel. We booked the Executive Room and was we really got was very terrible. I can't find words for this. The room was disgusting and dirty. The pictures on the Booking.com Website do not match with the reality. The bathroom and the Toilet is unacceptable. We checked in around midnight and half an hour later we do the check out and went to another Hotel.

Rooms are dinghy, dirty; leaking faucets in toilet. Flush was not working, but the plumber did not care. He just came into the room, saw and went away. We stayed only for the night so did not complain much. I do not recommend this hotel.
